Simply House Swap is a specialist club for UK based house owners aged fifty or over who exchange their lovely or interesting homes for holidays or short breaks. To keep things simple, house swaps are for a maximum of two people unless agreed otherwise. So regardless of whether you are a couple, or whether you live alone but like to travel with a friend, this is for you.
